Well today has been fun.
My doctor started me on a new medication yesterday to manage my anxiety because I had a severe panic attack Monday night.
I woke up at 4 AM to muscle stiffness. And by 5 AM I was unable to leave the bathroom, which lasted until 7 AM.
I’ve been scared to eat anything other than toast and tea today.
Guess I’m just going to not take these new meds, cause seriously, fuck feeling like shit half the night.
Things have been crazy busy.
I’m still eating healthy. But I haven’t had time to even log anything to be honest. My schedule has been insane lately.
And it’s going to be that way until after my DAT on September 8th. After that, all I have to worry about is work. I don’t have to worry about work AND class AND tutoring AND studying.
So I am putting this blog on a hiatus until September 8th. I will still be eating healthy, and trying to get some activity in when I can.
